Hi! I’m Nicole.

As a fully licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, my passion lies in empowering women to restore healthy function and regain confidence in their bodies through the absolute best physical therapy interventions. As a strictly cash-based Physical Therapist, I believe in a holistic approach that addresses both physical needs and emotional well-being. I have experienced that supporting women on their journey to recovery not only enhances their quality of life but also fosters resilience and self-assurance in their amazing bodies. Seeing patients thrive motivates me every day to make a positive impact in their lives.

Areas of Expertise

  • Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy

Orthopedic manual physical therapy is a specialized treatment approach that helps patients by using hands-on techniques to assess and manage musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. By addressing issues such as joint restrictions, muscle imbalances, and postural problems, orthopedic manual therapy promotes healing and enhances overall movement quality. Patients often experience significant relief, regain strength, and improve their physical performance as a result of these tailored interventions.

  • Prenatal and Postpartum Care

Prenatal physical therapy focuses on preparing the body for the physical changes during pregnancy, addressing issues like pain management, posture, and safe exercise. Postpartum physical therapy aids in recovery after childbirth, helping to restore strength, alleviate discomfort, and improve function in areas affected by pregnancy and delivery. Both aim to support women's health during these critical stages.

  • Pelvic Health

Pelvic health physical therapy is a specialized branch of physical therapy that focuses on treating conditions related to the pelvic floor. This therapy addresses issues such as pelvic pain, incontinence, and pregnancy-related discomfort through targeted exercises, manual therapy, and education. It aims to improve pelvic floor function, enhance quality of life, and support overall health.
