Individualized consultations to align your exercise, nutrition, lifestyle and health habits to support your menstrual cycle - hormonal balance, improved energy levels, and increased quality of life through improved mind and body connection.
Personal Training with a Women’s Health Lens
One-on-one sessions to meet your fitness goals while building your core, pelvic floor, and functional movement patterns. Customized programs to maximize your body’s energy and power during the different phases of your hormonal cycle.
Women’s Health Home Exercise Programs
Designed for those who would like to take their recovery at their own pace. Following a consultation, a comprehensive home exercise program will be designed and introduced to you with instruction. Patients can also subscribe to recurring follow up consultations with program progressions. 
*Some patients may not qualify for a home exercise program and will be recommended to seek in-person care.
Workshops
Workshop topics can include but are not limited to: yoga for women, corrective exercise solutions, common women’s orthopedic conditions, exercise and stretching to prepare for birth, prevention of common prenatal and postpartum conditions, and injury prevention with exercise.
