This package includes 3 (45 minute) one-on-one sessions of mobility, stretching, stabilization, breathwork, pelvic floor exercise, strength training, yoga training, and other interventions to guide your towards your personal goals during your prenatal or postpartum journey. Interventions will be recommended and discussed with the patient at the initial assessment and progressed at each session.
